COMMUNITY SERVICE
Historical Highlights:   Sponsored the DARE program in the local schools for the past 15 years. DARE Bike-a-thons have raised over $300,000 with the help of over 15,000 participants. Participated in Adopt-a-Highway, Bridging, Firefighters Appreciation Dinner, and Lakefront Days. Have provided significant financial support for Safe Haven for Youth, CAP Agency, Five Hawks Outdoor Learning Center. Have donated scoreboards to school, equipment to fire and police departments.

Centennial Project:   Help to fund the Prior Lake Rotary Gateway (park) that includes a water fountain, flower gardens with 1400+ perennials, blue Rotary benches (with Centennial emblem), a rock wall, a Gazebo and signs recognizing the Centennial for Rotary International
 
VOCATIONAL SERVICE
Historical Highlights:   Sponsored Career Days at Prior Lake High School, Sponsored attendance at Camp Enterprise and RYLA, participated in e-mentoring program. Host inbound and outbound exchange students. Sponsor students going to "Onto Winnipeg". Host "Business Student of the Month" and sponsored the Ethics Contest and gave away scholarships to the top three.
 
INTERNATIONAL SERVICE
Historical Highlights:   N/A
Youth Exchange:   Have hosted numerous inbound exchange students and also sponsored many outbound exchanges.
Group Study Exchange:   Hosted the team from Australia in 86-87, Sweden in 87-88, India in 92-93, Bangladesh in 97-98.
Ambassadorial/Peace Scholars:   We have submitted one applicant to the District
Matching Club Project:   Sponsored an irrigation project in Chimbote, Peru
 
CLUB SERVICE
Historical Highlights:   The club has attended many Goodwill conferences in Winnipeg, Canada. Multiple fishing trips, hunting trips, and hunting trips have been sponsored. Golf outings, barbecues, lake outings, sporting events and parties have been enjoyed by the membership over the years.
Foundation/Paul Harris Fellows:   The club has had a total of 75 Paul Harris fellows in its history, with 24 currently active members.
District/International Officers:   We have had one member who served as a district training director
Rotary Awards:   Many Presidential Citations
 
MISCELLANEOUS
Historical Highlights:   Gerry Wersal was assistant dsitrict governor from 2006 - 2008
