· Host Annual Bike a thon to raise funds for youth drug education programs
· Annual Chicken and Corn Feed for the community every August. Rotarians shuck and cook thousands of ears of sweet corn and serve with chicken 11 am to 7 pm. Proceeds used for our many projects
· Give hard cover picture dictionaries to every 3rd grader in Austin, since 2003. Will be annual project

| Historical Highlights: |
· Annually award with dollars and recognition an âEducator of the Yearâ and a âCommunity Service Volunteerâ. Nominations are made by Rotarians.
· Host 2 high school students every month at regular club meetings. Students learn about Rotary and are given certificate, an Atlas, and recognized in an article in the local newspaper.
· Sponsor students to Camp Ryla and Camp Enterprise
