| Jingle Mahan has been Executive Administrator of D5960 since 1989, when she bought her mother's business, Standby Secretaries, Inc. In 1999, she transitioned to the status of employee of Rotary District 5960 and has served as Executive Administrator ever since. She provides guidance and information to all Rotarians in our District.
Rotary District 5960 was one of the many business clients of Standby Secretaries, which also included several Rotary Clubs. District 5960 became her main focus throughout the 90's. She is a Roseville Rotarian, and served as Club President in 1997-98. In addition to her Executive role for D5960, she serves in the same capacity for the Rotary Club of Roseville.
Jingle worked as a dental hygienist from 1963 to 1989 in the cities of Minneapolis, St. Paul, Mankato, LeSueur and Austin after graduation from the University of Minnesota. She served as State Treasurer of the Minnesota Dental Hygienists' Association for ten years and as President in 1986-87, receiving the Minnesota Member of the Year award in 1983.
Jingle is the mother of four children and grandmother to eleven. She loves to travel and has visited thirty-four countries, either as a participant in Rotary International Grant Projects, Friendship Exchanges or Rotary International conventions.
