GoToMeeting is a webconferencing software that can be used to easily connect you and 15 others via an online screen share and conference call.  Eliminate the drive time and the need to get everyone in the same location.  Participants simply need a computer with internet access and a telephone.  One organizer will schedule a meeting and provide the meeting information to the other members to login and participate.  Participants will need to download a small application to run on their computer in order to join the session.  The download is typically painless and takes less than a minute.

Typically within a GoToMeeting session, all participants will be watching the organizer's screen with audio access to communicate throughout the session via their computer's speaker/mic or their phone.  District 5960 has a GoToMeeting account which can be used for small group meetings and training sessions involving less than 15 people.

GoToWebinar is designed to facilitate a large group online meeting (up to 100 participants).  One organizer will schedule the webinar and invite members to register for the session.  Typically during a webinar, the organizer is displaying their screen and the only one with audio.  The other participants are the audience.  However, the organizer can opt to give audio access to participants - but this will ultimately depend on the size for the group.
