Leading regional strategic planning efforts on antimicrobial stewardship/resistance to include:

Data assessments: Program evaluations, trend analyses, focus group discussions, survey implementation

Stakeholder engagement: Serving as focal point among a diverse set collaborators (i.e. clinicians to policy makers), convening regular steering group meetings, organized a state stakeholder antibiotic summit and a state wide communication campaign addressing the public and health professional communities

Development of a five-year strategic plan: Leading an evidence-based process to develop a comprehensive work plan with tracking performance metrics including coalition-building among partners

Serving as lead for evaluation and vaccination priorities on the taskforce developing a state ten-year cancer plan

Leading an analysis of HPV vaccination coverage among American Indians in the region using a new model to address urban misclassification
