You’ve probably heard DG Dayle Quigley speak about the Awards program throughout the year. As we are closing in on the end of 2022, reviewing the 2022-23 Club Awards checklist is a great time to see what categories you have already completed this year and what is teed up for 2023. Though we are months away from the deadline for Award submission…we know how time flies, and March 29, 2023, will be here before we know it!
Now, you may ask why you and your fellow club members should take time to enter your submissions for the Awards Program. Three great reasons:
- It’s a great head start, so you are not rushed toward the end.
- By fully filling the form out and finding photos to go along with your submission, you will be sharing your successes with other clubs and giving them ideas for things they might be able to initiate as well…nothing like sharing and spreading good ideas!
- You’ve worked hard this year, and you deserve to be recognized for all your accomplishments!
As mentioned above, the deadline for submission is midnight on March 29, 2023. The time to start filling them out is now! The Awards Team has made it easy to submit this year: They have created fillable PDF documents to easily enter your club’s achievements and developed a SurveyMonkey portal to upload the documents and supporting pictures effortlessly. That’s it!
